Most all of our Kauri wood bowls are turned by Graeme and are a collaboration between Graeme and KauriVault. Graeme often uses the offcuts from our Kauri tables to turn these beautiful Kauri bowls. Once the bowls are turned, we then finish them in our workshop with resin and a sprayed durable satin finish. The bowls are then usable and will last the test of time.
Graeme is a very accomplished wood turner and well known for his skill in segmented turned bowls.
Commissioned Kauri wood bowls are welcome. Just let us know what you would like.
